The top section of the Portsmouth wind turbine had been moved onto the site behind the high school this afternoon, while an additional section and the blades were enroute.

Scheduled to arrive today, the other parts had been held up due to a miscommunication about the route between local police and Connecticut DOT, according to AAER Regional Sales Manager Alexander Pichs.

Rich Talipsky, chair of the Portsmouth Economic Development Committee (EDC), sent a note to the media saying that the parts were now scheduled to arrive tomorrow afternoon.
