Write-in candidate for the Portsmouth School Committee Terri Cortvriend was out working the crowd at the Pop Warner Pee Wee game this morning.

Cortvriend sent this e-mail to supporters this morning:

Thank you for the support and encouragement you have given me over the last month as I pursue my Write-In campaign to retain my seat on our Town’s School Committee. I have spent much time talking to residents in my neighborhood, at town functions, at Clements and at school and sporting events around town. Though the response has been very encouraging, I find myself daunted by the number of folks whom I have met, who are not particularly informed regarding town issues. For a write-in campaign this is the biggest hurdle to overcome.

Please help me surmount this obstacle by reaching out to the Portsmouth people in your family, circle of friends, and within the community organizations you belong to and/or by forwarding this email to your contacts list.
