Carcellers launch Charter Change web site

Sal Carcellar is one of the leading figures behind the Portsmouth Town Charter Change, and with his wife Chris has put up a neat Web page with info and FAQs. If you're on the fence, please go take a peek. Even if you're not, the FAQs will come in handy for those conversations with your neighbors over the next couple of weeks. Thanks, guys!
