East Main Road in Portsmouth will be reduced to one lane tomorrow (Thursday, Oct. 11) in the vicinity of the Portsmouth Water and Fire District (PWFD), according to a news release. PWFD said that paving work in the southbound lane of East Main between Crossings Ct. and Pine Tree Rd. will impact traffic between 9am and 5pm, with construction vehicles in the area and traffic delays anticipated, particularly during commuting hours.

The PWFD advised motorists to seek alternative routes to avoid likely delays.
