Congressional candidate David Cicilline kicked off his "Delivering for Rhode Island" tour of the 20 cities and towns in the First District this afternoon in Portsmouth, and local Democratic candidates were on hand to welcome him at Graziano's 501 cafe in Island Park.

Incumbents Sen. Chuck Levesque (Dist. 11) and Town Councilor Jim Seveney, as well as school committee candidates Andrew Kelly and John McDaid, were on hand as Mayor Cicilline had coffee and chatted with patrons.
