On Wednesday, June 9, ratepayers in the Portsmouth Water district go to the polls, and harddeadlines endorses incumbent Ron Molleur for Moderator and former member Joe Magliocco for Treasurer. Just remember to vote for "M" when you go to the office at 1944 East Main Road between 7am and 9pm.

In a letter published in this week's Sakonnet Times, long-time water board member Phil Driscoll noted a long list of accomplishments by the district during the terms of Molleur and Magliocco, saying, "They have been an integral part of this progress."

Last year, two incumbents were narrowly defeated, and a former member of the PCC Charter legal defense fund, Jeff Richard, was elected. Two more positions could create a majority on the board.

Vote for the "M."
