It's the event kids (and, let's be honest, adults) in Portsmouth love, with the chance to get inside an assortment of giant construction vehicles, police cars, and fire trucks tomorrow, Saturday May 1 at Glen Park from 10am to 2pm.

Admission is $3 per person, and in addition to the trucks, there are fun activities for kids and food will be available for purchase from the Portsmouth Lions Club. 

This is a major fundraiser for the hugely deserving Portsmouth Public Library.

Then on Sunday, the Portsmouth High School class of 2010 is hosting a car show at the high school parking lot from 10am-2pm, sponsored by the Helger Bros. Speed Shop and featuring antique cars and amazing dragsters.

There will be live music, and food and beverages for sale to support the class of 2010. You can RSVP on their Facebook page.
