Condolence book for Sen. Kennedy at Town Hall

Jack signs condolence bookA condolence book for the late Sen. Kennedy has been set up at a table just outside the Council chamber at Portsmouth Town Hall. According to a statement from Rep. Patrick Kennedy's office, the books have been placed at town halls throughout the First Congressional District and in the State House Rotunda, and will be available for folks to sign through September 15.

The Portsmouth Town Hall is open from 8:30 through 4:30, Monday-Friday, and if you're stopping by to pay your taxes (yes, it's September 1 already), you'll see the table with the book just inside the doors from the parking lot.

I will confess that I watched most of the day on Saturday. The Boston Globe has the full text of Obama's wonderful eulogy, and also the remembrances by Ted Jr. and Patrick.
