In another of those GoLocalProv state-wide whiparounds, Portsmouth has bagged a spot in the "Best Communities of 2013," according to a their story published today. Their ranking factors include economics, education, and arts & culture (including the number of bars, an area in which my own Island Park punches well above its weight.)
