"Keyboard Practice" named Sturgeon Award Finalist
By John McDaid | Tuesday, 23 May 2006
Just found out that my novelette is a finalist for this year's Theodore Sturgeon Award. Totally awesome news, and a weird flashback. It was ten years ago that my first published story, "Jigoku no mokushiroku," was a finalist and ended up winning the Sturgeon.
Check out the list of this year's Sturgeon finalists.
Thanks, Gordon, for the heads-up!

Congrats
Ha! A successful post. Congratulations on the nomination, very much deserved. You’ve got me listening to the ’82 Glen Gould Goldberg and trying to rap my ears around the difference between it and the ’55. May be to subtle for me . . .
