Portsmouth finally has its own newspaper, with the debut this week of the "Portsmouth Times," a free, ad-supported weekly published by East Bay Newspapers. Long-time East Bay writer and Portsmouth resident Jim McGaw is the editor of the new paper, which is available at many locations around town. I picked mine up yesterday at Clements, and it's got great local coverage.
