Saturday, July 21, the front lawn of the Portuguese-American Citizens Club on East Main Road in Portsmouth will be chock full of bargains, knickknacks, and cool stuff as the local Democrats host their second annual yard sale from 8am to 3pm. Everyone is welcome! There's ample parking and refreshments will be available.
