The Boston Globe is reporting that embattled Portsmouth Rep. Dan Gordon (R-71) has again called for Linc Chafee's resignation, and now plans a rally and petition drive to oust the governor.

According to the Globe story, Gordon told the Associated Press that Chafee's support for in-state tuition for undocumented immigrants constituted an ethics violation.

"I took an oath to uphold the Constitution and I take that oath quite seriously," Gordon is quoted as saying.

I am, quite honestly, at a loss for words.
